IMPORTANT NOTE

At the moment this website works only as a catalog of the products available in the physical store of the Sacred Art Museum of Funchal (Museu de Arte Sacra do Funchal / MASF), so it is not yet possible to make an online purchase.

We are working to make online sales available as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.

Making a purchase

  1. Find the products you want to purchase;
  2. Add the selected products to the Cart;
  3. Complete the purchase;
  4. Select the payment option;
  5. Review your order;
  6. Make the payment and confirm the order;
  7. You will receive an order confirmation by email (to your registered email);

Your order is confirmed when you select the “Confirm Payment” (Checkout) button at the end of the purchase process.

Yes, however there may be restrictions. For more information, see the Shipping and Deliveries page.

In your “shopping cart”, enter the promotional code in the respective field and click “apply” to see the applied discount. Only one promotional code can be applied per order.

Promo codes offered by the MASF Online Store are only eligible for online orders, unless otherwise stated. They cannot be used for admission to the Museum, entrance to exhibitions or events.

Payments

We accept MasterCard and Visa payments, as well as bank transfers.

In countries outside the European Union, when an order arrives at the destination country it may be subject to customs clearance procedures. The customer is responsible for paying customs fees and costs, import duties and sales taxes when the package arrives in the destination country.

Shipping & Returns

If you are not satisfied with the products supplied, due to withdrawal or product defect, you can return them within 30 days of receiving them.

The return request must be made via email to info@masf.pt.

MASF will analyze your situation and, after confirmation via email of acceptance of your return request, will proceed with the refund within 30 working days.

Refunds are made within a maximum period of 30 working days. As soon as the refund is made, MASF will send a notification by email.

To cancel or change an order, send an email to info@masf.pt with the following information:

Subject: Cancellation / Change of order #[order number]

Email body: Your registration data on the site (name and email), order number and/or order description, and description of the change you want to make.
