1. Shipping Method
Parcel delivery services are operated by Correios de Portugal (CTT).
When calculating the shipping fees, you can choose between two shipping methods: Regular Mail or Registered Mail.
Regular Mail – The more economic method. The estimated delivery time is longer and the order does not have a tracking code, so it will not be possible to locate it if it is lost or overdue.
Registered Mail — Includes tracking code that will be provided to you via email when your order is shipped. Estimated delivery time is shorter (but not express).

During Christmas season, promotions and other periods of higher volume of orders, we do not guarantee these delivery times.
These deadlines are counted from the moment of delivery to the carrier.
MASF delivers orders to the carrier every Friday, so the total delivery time may vary depending on the day of the week you placed your order.
3. Calculation of shipping costs
Shipping fees are applied per order, depending on the total weight of the order and country of delivery. These values are calculated in the shopping cart, before completing your order.
4. General conditions of the delivery service
The expected delivery time is from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm.
To receive the order, it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the destination address.
The order will be delivered within the indicated time period, without prior contact by the carrier (CTT).
To schedule or reschedule delivery, the customer must contact the carrier directly, using the tracking number that will be provided via email.
The order in transit is the responsibility of the carrier (CTT).
5. International shipping
In countries outside the European Union, when the order arrives at the destination country it may be subject to customs clearance procedures. The customer is responsible for paying customs fees and costs, import duties and sales taxes when the package arrives in the destination country.
