This book presents a research effort over the last 15 years to find the name of this artist. Careful studies were carried out in national and international museums and libraries, examining thousands of documents and hundreds of writings. The elements obtained brought novelties that allow us to base suggestions for the authorship of this splendid piece of silversmithery, which honors the city of Funchal, Madeira and the whole of Portugal. »
